1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GEOAudit ("Service"), operated by GEOAudit ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GEOAudit is a web-based tool and Chrome extension that analyzes web pages for AI agent discoverability and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) readiness. The Service provides scoring, recommendations, and reports across 15 categories with over 130 checks.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Paid Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan allows up to 5 scans per day with access to basic features. Free plan features and limits may change at our discretion.

4.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan is a paid monthly subscription that provides unlimited scans, bulk URL scanning, scan history, and additional features. The current price is displayed on our pricing page.

4.3 Enterprise Plan

Enterprise plans are available with custom pricing and features. Contact us for details.

5. Payment and Billing

  • Payments are processed securely through iyzico.
  • Prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of your initial purchase.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
  • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days’ notice.

6. Coupon Codes and Discounts

  • Coupon codes are subject to specific terms including validity period and usage limits.
  • Each coupon can only be used once per account unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to revoke coupon codes at any time.
  • Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to abuse the Service (excessive scanning, scraping our results)
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Scan URLs you do not have permission to analyze
  • Resell or redistribute scan results without permission
  • Circumvent usage limits or access controls

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, scoring methodology, and content, is owned by GEOAudit and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our Service without permission.

Your scan results belong to you. We grant you a license to use, download, and share your own scan results.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scan results are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. GEO scores and recommendations are informational and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEOAudit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
