Getting Started
Quick introduction to GEOAudit and how to run your first AI readiness scan.
What is GEOAudit?
GEOAudit is an AI agent readiness checker that analyzes any webpage across 15 categories and 130+ individual checks. It measures how well AI agents — like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity — can discover, understand, and cite your content. Available as a Chrome extension and a web dashboard.
Quick Start
There are two ways to start using GEOAudit:
- 1Install the Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store, or sign up for the web dashboard.
- 2Navigate to any webpage you want to analyze (extension) or enter a URL in the dashboard.
- 3Click the GEOAudit icon or hit 'Scan' to start the analysis.
- 4Review your score, category breakdown, and fix recommendations.
Your First Scan
After running a scan, you will see an overall score (0–100), a radar chart showing performance across all 15 categories, and detailed results for each check. The score is graded from A+ (exceptional) to F (poor AI readiness).
Understanding Your Score
Your GEOAudit score is a weighted average of 15 category scores. Each category contains multiple checks that result in PASS (full score), WARN (half score), FAIL (zero), or INFO (not scored). Categories are weighted from 3% to 10% based on their impact on AI discoverability.
